Terms and Conditions

Effective as of May 2025 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Paradise Private Collection (PPC) and are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both guests and property owners. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival as specified in your confirmation.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • We accept major credit cards via our secure online payment system.
  • Direct bookings may include special offers; please ensure you mention any applicable promotion at the time of booking.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: By 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made outside 30 days of arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund (depending on the rate type).
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  • We recommend all guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances and weather events.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking.
  • Parties, events, or loud disturbances are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.

5. Property Condition

  • All properties are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival.
  • Please notify us immediately of any issues so we can address them promptly.
  • Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left excessively untidy. No smoking/vaping is allowed on site, extra cleaning fees will be applicable.

6. Children & Safety

  • Children are welcome at our properties; however, supervision is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Some properties may have unfenced pools or balconies—please take care.

7. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted unless by prior written arrangement and only at pet-friendly properties.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure guest safety, PPC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
  • Guests agree to use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

9. Privacy

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel

  • PPC reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion if guest behaviour is deemed unacceptable or if terms are breached. No refunds will be given.
